01 CONNECT

Start by sharing a few details about your trip. From there, we’ll schedule a call to talk about where you’re thinking of going, who’s traveling, your budget, how you like to travel, and what matters most.

We’ll also talk about how we’ll work together. If a planning fee applies, I’ll provide a customized quote during our call.

For international trips, 6–8+ months ahead is ideal. Domestic trips can usually be planned closer to departure.

02‍ ‍DESIGN

Once you've paid your planning fee and onboarding is complete, I get to work.

I research the options and recommend the hotels, experiences, and other trip details I think fit you best. You make your selections, then we refine the trip together.

I’ll tell you what’s worth it and what isn’t.

Once everything is finalized, I handle the bookings and details.

03‍ ‍BON VOYAGE

Before you leave, your trip is organized and easy to access, with your plans and confirmations in one place.

I’ll reconfirm key arrangements with our partners, and you’ll have support while you’re away if you need it.

All that’s left is to pack your bags and go.

04‍ ‍REPEAT

When you return, I want to hear what you loved, what surprised you, and what you’d do differently next time.

Each trip helps me understand you better, making the next one even easier to plan.

Then we start talking about where you want to go next.
